HJR 43 - This proposed Constitutional amendment directs that any proposal relating to the opportunity to harvest wild bird, fish or game shall require a two-thirds majority of the votes cast before taking effect. The super majority does not apply however, to initiative proposals relating to the establishment, amendment, or repeal of sales taxes for conservation purposes.

The resolution is similar to SJR 40 (2006).
