HB 1884 – Under the act, the Real Estate Appraisers Commission may administer oaths, issue and enforce subpoenas and demand the production of certain evidence in relation to a proceeding regarding real estate appraisers. The commission may also issue inactive certificates and licenses. In order to renew a license the applicant must present evidence amenable to the commission, of having completed adequate continuing education requirements.CHRIS HOGERTY
