HCR 24 - This resolution urges the U.S. Secretary of Education and Missouri's Congressional delegation to review the assessment provisions of IDEA and the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) to eliminate contradictory objectives so that accommodations that are appropriate to special needs students with an IEP do not invalidate the student's assessment results for the purposes of NCLB.JIM ERTLE
