SCS/HCS/HJR 1 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, prohibits all courts of this state from ordering the General Assembly or executive to increase taxes or create new taxes. The amendment also provides that the appropriation of state revenues is the exclusive province of the General Assembly.
