SCR 15 – This resolution urges the Governor and the Office of Administration to deposit from any moneys received from the federal government for capital improvements during the 111th Congress, first session, as part of a federal stimulus package, an amount sufficient to fully fund the capital improvement projects listed in the act into the Lewis and Clark Discovery Fund for distribution to state colleges, universities, the Coordinating Board for Higher Education, and the Department of Economic Development for capital projects as identified in the resolution.
