HB 845 - Under current law, damages awarded to a person adversely impacted by another's commission of the crime of interference with lawful hunting, fishing, or trapping may include costs associated with the hunting, fishing, or trapping activities, to the extent that the costs were made worthless by interference with the lawful hunting or trapping. The act adds "fishing" to the types of lawful activities that may be interfered with for which the costs may be included in damages.
