HCS/HB 1214 - This act requires Missouri small business technology development centers to manage a virtual network for entrepreneurs. The small business technology development centers are required to seek private sector funding for this virtual network and disclose the name of donors to this network. The small business technology development centers are required to report on the development of the network to the chairs and ranking minority members of certain legislative committees by September 2012.EMILY KALMER
