HJR 52 - If approved by the voters, the constitutional amendment requires a 2/3rds majority to approve any ballot initiative relating to the opportunity to harvest bird, fish, game, wildlife, or forestry resources. The 2/3rds majority requirement does not apply to ballot initiatives relating to conservation sales taxes.
