CRIMINAL CODE REVISION
The General Assembly is actively engaged in the review and revision of the Missouri Criminal Code. As a part of this process, lawmakers are considering legislation (Senate Bill 253 and House Bill 210) based on recommendations originally compiled by The Missouri Bar Criminal Code Revision Subcommittee. Our ultimate goal will be a clear, concise, and understandable criminal code that reflects the proper balance between keeping our families and citizens safe and dealing justly with those who commit crimes.
