HCR 15 - This concurrent resolution calls upon President Obama and administration officials to support the increased importation of oil from Canadian oil sands and approve the newly routed TransCanada Keystone XL pipeline, and to support and facilitate permitting for oil production off the northern coast of Alaska.

This resolution is substantially similar to HCR 4 (2014), and is similar to HCR 19 (2013) and SCR 7 (2013).
