SB 166 - This act states that certain records relating to infrastructure security and cybersecurity that are provided to the Public Service Commission shall not be made available to the Office of the Public Counsel if doing so would threaten public safety, as determined by the Commission. However, records related to infrastructure security or cybersecurity may be released to the director of the Missouri Information Analysis Center or his or her designee. Such records are also added to the list of records that may be closed under the Sunshine Law. JAMIE ANDREWS
