SB 418 - This act modifies the Religious Freedom Restoration Act by providing that any law, order, rule, or regulation issued by any governmental authority pursuant to an emergency or health or safety determination, that requires closure or limitation of any place of worship, as defined in the act, shall be considered unduly restrictive. This act is identical to SB 1383 (2024).
