SB 495 - This act provides that all prosecuting and circuit attorney's offices shall share an annual report by March 1 of each year that contains information about arrests and prosecutions, as provided in the act, and such report shall be sent to the Attorney General. The Attorney General shall compile a statewide report summarizing the information provide by each prosecuting or circuit attorney's office and make the report available to the public as well as submit the report to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate.
