SB 653 - Under the act, the total amount of expenses assessed for the operation of all public utilities shall not exceed three hundred fifty thousandths of 1%, instead of three hundred fifteen thousandths of 1% as currently provided, of the total gross in-state operating revenues of all utilities under the jurisdiction of the Public Service Commission.
