SB 315 - Currently, the State Fair Commission consists of nine members, two of whom shall be active farmers, two of whom shall be either current members or past presidents of county and regional fair boards, one of whom shall be employed in agribusiness, three at-large members shall be Missouri residents, and no more than two members shall be from any congressional district. The act repeals these provisions and certain other provisions relating to the membership of the Commission and provides that the Commission shall consist of twelve members. No more than three members shall be from any congressional district.
This act is identical to SB 1054 (2024), a provision in HCS/SB 155 (2023) and similar to HB 2115 (2022).
