SB 334 - Current law prohibits political subdivisions from requiring the provision of employment benefits that exceed state laws, rules, or regulations. This act additionally provides that if a state law, rule, or regulation does not require the provision of a particular employment benefit, a political subdivision shall not enact an ordinance, rule, or regulation mandating employers provide such employment benefit.SCOTT SVAGERA
