SB 30 - Under provisions of this act it shall be unlawful
for a person to cause a net increase in the diversion or
channeling of surface water or storm water into a sinkhole.

SCA 1 - IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL TO CAUSE AN INCREASE IN VOLUME OR VELOCITY OF SURFACE OR STORM WATER BY DIVERSION OR CHANNELING SO AS TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY.
