SB 50 - This act clarifies that the Revisor of Statutes is responsible for the indexing, printing and binding of all laws and resolutions of each session of the General Assembly.
The act also gives authority to the Revisor of Statutes to distribute copies of the session laws. The law currently authorizes the Secretary of State to do this.
Finally, the act authorizes the Revisor of Statutes instead
of the Secretary of State to sell copies of the session laws.
