SB 58 - This act requires that all money received in the
form of fees by the Division of Professional Registration on
behalf of the registration of hearing aid dealers and fitters
shall be deposited in a new fund known as the Hearing Instrument
Specialist Fund. Currently, such fees are deposited in the
