SB 103 - No pickup truck may be operated with passengers in
an open bed unless certain exceptions are met. Such action by
the operator and the rider is a Class A misdemeanor. The
restriction only applies to state highways and cities. The
exceptions are for employees necessarily engaged in their duties,
for the transportation of agricultural products, for parades, and
for riders who are securely fastened.
