SB 110 - This act will allow certain persons who currently are members of the Public School Retirement System of Missouri (PSRS) to remain in PSRS upon subsequent employment in a position covered by the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System (MOSERS).
A person who by virtue of an election under section 104.342, RSMo, chose to remain a member of PSRS rather than joining MOSERS may remain in PSRS if this person has at least twenty-five years service and subsequently becomes employed full time in a position covered by MOSERS.
The required contributions to fund service accrued in PSRS
shall be paid from appropriations to the institution by which the
member is employed.
