SB 133 - Currently, a county eligible to become a participant in the Kansas/Missouri metropolitan culture district may do so through submission of the question to the voters at the primary, general or special election following passage of a resolution by the county commission. This act allows such election to take place at any election allowed by state law.
This act has an emergency clause.
