SB 149 - The act integrates Proposition A, approved by the
voters on November 8, 1994, into Chapter 130, RSMo. The
essential provisions of Proposition A remain intact, including
the contribution limits that are under challenge (Carver V.
Nixon, United States District Court for the Western District of
Missouri, Southern Division, No. 94-3505-CV-S4). Drafting errors
and redundancies in Proposition A have been corrected and
provisions of Chapter 130, RSMo, that were in conflict with
Proposition A have been deleted.
