SCS/SB 152 - This act revises the law defining the
requirements for motor vehicle dealers' licenses. The display of
vehicles with intent to sell is considered the same as selling.
Exceptions are added for the sale of large commercial vehicles,
sales by an auctioneer and the liquidation of any estate.
