SCS/SBs 164 & 209 - The General Assembly is encouraged to appropriate funds to the Missouri Housing Development Commission for two purposes. First, grants would be made to neighborhood housing agencies for basic operating expenses. Second, assistance would be given to community housing development organizations to administer Federal Home Investment Partnership grants.
This act would also require the Missouri Housing Development
Commission to publish notice of the public hearing to be held to
determine the approval of new or additional subsidies to the
owners of any subsidized multifamily rental housing projects of
12 or more units. (SB 209)
