SB 199 - This act changes the way a balance in the "Abandoned Fund Account" in excess of fifty thousand dollars is handled. Currently, all such excess is transferred to General Revenue. Under this act, the excess would be divided between General Revenue and the Budget Stabilization Fund (the "Rainy Day Fund"). RONALD J. LEONE
