SB 206 - The State Soil and Water Districts Commission is expanded from five to six farmer members, with the number of ex officio members remaining at three. The Governor will still appoint three farmers who reside north of the Missouri River, and now will also appoint three farmers who reside south of the Missouri River. Only one farmer member may be from a single state senatorial district. The additional farmer member's term will expire at the same time as the original farmer member who was appointed for a one year term.
