SB 209 - This act would require the Missouri Housing Development Commission to publish notice of the public hearing to be held to determine the approval of new or additional subsidies to the owners of any subsidized multifamily rental housing projects of 12 or more units in a newspaper of general circulation within the county in which the project would be located. The notice must be at least 12 column inches in size and published at least 30 days before and not more than 60 days before the public hearing.
