SB 225 - This act would allow a school board to suspend a
pupil who has been charged with a state or federal felony
offense. A school board shall, after providing notice to parents
and holding a hearing, permanently expel any pupil who has been
convited of, found guilty of or pled guilty to any state or
federal felony offense.
