SB 253 - This act would remove residential care facilities I
and II from the Certificate of Need review process and the need
for approval from the Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee
before additional residential care facilities can be built.
These facilities were placed under the certificate of need review
process in HB 1408, 1994.
