SB 281 - This act adds the language "licensed clinical
social worker" to Section 376.381, RSMo. As a result, health
insurance policies or contracts which provide benefits for
outpatient psychiatric expenses must extend said benefits to
cover psychiatric services provided by a licensed psychologist,
licensed professional counselor or licensed clinical social
worker unless specifically rejected by the group or individual
policy or contract holder.
