SB 307- This act clarifies the property condition exception
to sovereign immunity. A property condition is not limited to a
property defect and a government is responsible for injuries
arising from a dangerous condition of property. This act is not
intended to extend sovereign immunity. Municipal entities that
compete with private companies may not escape liability for acts
of negligence.
