SB 339 - This act provides a property tax abatement for increases in valuation which are due to federal funds. The abatement is only available for privately owned airports which are: 1) open to the public; 2) part of the National Plan of Integrated Airports System; and 3) recipients of federal airport improvement funding to improve the facility to federal airport safety standards.
The concept of this act was amended to SB 144
