SB 347 - This act authorizes counties located within a circuit court's jurisdiction to establish a Family Court Division by local court rule. The family courts established by counties located within a circuit court's jurisdiction would follow all the statutory provisions found in Chapter 487, RSMo, designating proceedings, jurisdiction, and qualifications of judges and commissioners.

This act would also provide a boot camp for juvenile offenders in Greene County, if approved by the voters in that county.
