SB 382 - This act makes changes in several sections of state law pertaining to retirement systems.
Among these changes are: (1) deletion of the limitation of
the allowable total increase due to cost of living increases for
state retirees; (2) provisions pertaining to the survivor's
benefit in Section 104.395; and (3) consultant benefits for
certain retirees.
