SB 399 - This act will provide an annual salary increase of $5,000 for each circuit clerk. This increase is for duties of the circuit clerk connected with possible criminal nonsupport (Section 568.040, RSMo) for any case for which the clerk is trustee.
The act also provides for cost of living adjustments for
this increased compensation.
