SCS/SB 400 - Under provisions of SCS/SB 400 the Governor is
authorized to convey the state's reversionary interest in a tract
of land in Scott County which was conveyed to the Scott-New
Madrid and Mississippi counties cerebral palsy affiliate pursuant
to SB 35 enacted by the General Assembly in 1983.
