SB 419 - Moneys received by counties in the County Aid Road
Trust Fund shall be subject to audit by the State Auditor. The
audit shall ensure that the moneys were spent solely for highway
purposes, as required by law and the Constitution. The cost of
the audit shall be apportioned among the counties.
