SB 437 - This act changes the composition of the State Fair
Commission. Currently, the Commission is made up of 9 members,
no more than one from each Congressional district, with the
Director of the Department of Agriculture included in the
Congressional district count. Under this act, the Director would
not be included in the count, and no more than two members from a
Congressional district would be allowed to serve on the
Commission.
