SB 443 - Under provisions of this act any county in the state will have the authority to pass ordinances or orders regulating subjects on which there is a general law of the State of Missouri.
The county must confine its jurisdiction to passage of ordinances or orders in conformity with the state law.
No order or ordinance can address the assessment and
collection of taxes or an issue for which a violation would be a
violation of a state criminal statute.
