HCS/SB 447 - In contrast to SB 447, this act does not authorize the Mississippi River Parkway Commission to work on any project pertaining to the Mississippi River area that receives public funds or credit. However, this act does add two members to the current nine-member Commission, as well as three additional ex officio members from the Departments of Conservation, Agriculture and Economic Development.
