SB 468 - This act mandates that no person who is at least twenty-one years of age shall be required to obtain a license to manufacture nonintoxicating beer, as defined in section 312.010, RSMo, or intoxicating liquor, as defined in section 311.020, RSMo, for personal or family use.

This act also contains household volume limits that mirror the Federal standards (26 USC, Section 5053) - 200 gallons per calendar year if there are two or more adults in a household, or 100 gallons per calendar year if there is only one adult in a household. RONALD J. LEONE
