SJR 13 - In 1994, voters approved a constitutional amendment
establishing a Commission to set compensation levels for
statewide elected officials, members of the General Assembly and
judges. This proposed constitutional amendment would limit any
suggested increases in compensation to ten percent of the
compensation in force prior to any new compensation schedule
being made by the Commission.
