JEFFERSON CITY—State Sen. Paul LeVota, D-Independence, will host a town hall meeting at Van Horn High School’s Mallinson Little Theatre, 1109 Arlington Avenue in Independence on Thursday, April 25, at 7 p.m. Independence City Councilman At-Large Chris Whiting will join Sen. LeVota to discuss recent events at the Missouri Capitol and Independence City Hall. Both officials will answer questions from constituents. The event is open to the public.
“These meetings are a wonderful way for constituents to share with me any questions or concerns they may have,” said Sen. LeVota. “The citizens of the 11th District are my highest priority, and I always welcome their input on the issues facing our state. I encourage everyone who can to attend this event.”
