INDEPENDENCE—Senator Paul LeVota, D-Independence, will host a meeting with commissioners from the Kansas City Election Board and the Jackson County Election Board on Monday, Dec. 23, at 2 p.m. to discuss pending legislation for the upcoming 2014 session.
Senator LeVota has also invited the public to attend in order to voice any concerns or opinions they may have regarding voting practices in the Kansas City area and ways to make the process easier and more convenient for citizens.
