JEFFERSON CITY—State Sen. Kurt Schaefer, R-Columbia, will host a press conference today (4-16) to discuss major new developments in the ongoing investigation of the Department of Revenue regarding the collecting and scanning of private documents.

Senator Schaefer has led the Senate’s investigation into allegations that the department has engaged in the unauthorized collection and sharing of Missouri citizens’ protected personal information.
