Down Payment Assistance Program for Kansas City Residents
Becoming a homeowner is the American Dream for many. Through the NeighboroodLIFT event, residents can receive help with their down payment, find out if their ready to buy a home, prepare for sustainable homeownership, and preview features and prices of area homes for sale.
The NeighborhoodLIFT Program supports sustainable homeownership and advance neighborhood stability. This beneficial program can provide financial education to homebuyers and deliver down payment assistance for households earning 120 percent or less of the area's median income.
I urge anyone whose goal is to become a homeowner to come out to this event to find information and support during a time that can be both confusing and exciting.
