JEFFERSON CITY—The office of Sen. Gary Romine, R-Farmington, will hold a series of public meetings throughout the 3rd District in the coming weeks. The listening posts will give constituents a chance to discuss their concerns and opinions with Dan Hutton, Sen. Romine’s Legislative Director, regarding the most recent legislative session and issues affecting local communities.
“Democracy functions best when there’s an open dialogue between the people and their elected officials. These meetings are a way to foster that ongoing conversation,” said Hutton. “We want to hear people’s thoughts and ideas on the issues that matter to them, so Sen. Romine can make their voices heard in the Capitol. I strongly urge people to come if they can.”
