JEFFERSON CITY — Senator Ed Emery, R-Lamar, today (8-18) issued the following statement regarding the bonding for a new football stadium in St. Louis. Senator Emery joins other legislators in making public their intention if the governor continues to unilaterally push for the extension of bonds without a vote of the General Assembly or a vote of the people.
