SB 1004 - This act declares that rules of the Missouri Supreme Court must comply with the provisions of the Missouri Constitution and Missouri law. Rule 6.05, relating to circuit court rules, is void because these rules are the prerogative of the local circuits.
The act has an emergency clause.
